Refund Policy

Clear refund boundaries for this digital product.

Last updated March 25, 2026. This policy is designed to keep expectations simple and support straightforward.

General policy

4000 Weeks is a digital product sold by Logic & Light. Because digital goods and companion website access can be delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered after access or files have been delivered.

A free interactive demo is available before purchase so you can evaluate the product, try the interface, and preview the poster output. Because you have the opportunity to try before you buy, all sales are considered final.

Payment processing and refunds

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, when approved, are issued through Paddle.

Paddle handles the billing relationship, so your refund will appear as a credit from Paddle on your payment statement.

When a refund may be considered

A refund may be considered for duplicate purchases, accidental double charges, or a reproducible technical issue that prevents basic use and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests should be made promptly after purchase.

What happens after a refund

If a refund is issued, companion website access may be revoked and any active paid session may be disabled.

Already exported files may still exist on the purchaser's device, but the license to continue using the product will no longer apply.

How to request help

For billing or access issues, contact support@logic-and-light.com. Include the purchase email, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the problem so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
